How to Order Online

It's easy to shop online! Just enter a quantity into the box next to the product you wish to order and click on "Add to Shopping Bag." You will see your subtotal for the quantity you selected.

Next, choose "View Your Shopping Bag" to see your current order. And don't worry. You can take items out of your shopping bag whenever you would like. You can change the quantity or remove an item any time you wish.

Once you've finished shopping, click "Complete My Order" and follow the easy steps to process your order.

First, you'll choose how you wish to pay: by check, by credit card, or by invoice.

Next, you'll enter your name, address, phone number, tax information, and any special shipping instructions.

Finally, you'll review your order once more to be sure it's just what you want.

If you're paying by check, you'll print out your order and mail it to us with your check. If you're paying by credit card or invoice, you 'll just click a button to send your order to us. It's just that easy to shop online!

Printed Material (Books/Resources/Supplements)

Preview and Returns Policy
Books ordered for preview must be returned within the preview time frame. To extend the preview time, please call 1-800-922-7696. Have your invoice number available for reference.

• In all other cases, books must be returned no later than six months from the date of the original invoice.
• The invoice or packing slip must accompany the return to insure proper credit.
• Books must be unmarked and in new and saleable condition.
• No prior authorization is necessary. However, be sure to enclose our packing slip and/or invoice with the return to ensure proper credit. Shipments must be sent prepaid to: Harcourt Religion Publishers/Harcourt, Inc., 465 South Lincoln Drive, Troy, MO 63379.

Video Preview And Returns Policy

All videos are sent, invoice enclosed (including cost and shipping charges), for a 30-day preview period. The customer is responsible for paying the invoice or returning the video via UPS or insured mail at their expense within the 30-day preview period. Video returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Harcourt Religion Publishers will replace, at our expense, any video found to be defective within 12 months of purchase.

Television Rights

The purchase, preview, or rental of materials does not include television rights. Most Harcourt Religion Publishers materials are available for use on television cable but first must be cleared and covered by a special licensing arrangement. VBS Return Policy

Any VBS materials that need to be returned must be received in saleable condition, no later than September 1, 2004, for credit to be issued.
