This
text is divided into two parts consisting of 15 chapters. The first
section provides a foundation for Christian morality as it examines
virtues, conscience, and sin. The teachings of Scripture, Jesus,
and the Church provide the basis for a moral decision-making process
which students are encouraged to use with the real-life moral issues
presented in the second section of the text. Adolescents are encouraged
to become persons of character and to aid in building communities
where living morally is the norm.
