This text invites students to take an in-depth
look at how the books of the New Testament were written, for whom they
were written, the message for the people of the time, and the message
for adolescents today. The numerous activities, reflections, and discussion
opportunities aid in getting students to research, think, and talk about
their faith. Each chapter includes a historical timeline, chapter goals
and outline, definitions, research and creative activities, journaling,
review and disccussion questions, and a short witness biography. Students
are encouraged to be part of a small faith community through faith-sharing
activities.
